Credit card sized Folding Smartphone / Tablet Stand

Smartphone stand, folding into a 4mm thick credit card. Can also hold tablets in both landscape and portrait (tested up to 10 inch models). Can support devices at 4 different angles.

Locks at four spots when closed, and holds securely under weight. Requires a relatively flat surface to stand on. Might move when using the device on a very smooth surface, but a collapse is very unlikely.
