Star Trek TOS Captain's Chair in 1:9 scale for Mego action figures

I liked the swivel of Geekdad_3d's Captain's chair, but it was scaled for five-or-six-inch figures. Mcsdaver had a great Mego-scale model of the chair, but his base was a more complicated, multi-part print.

So I stole the base from Geekdad_3d's model, scaled it up to 1:9, and hollowed it out for printing without using up too much filament. I then added the corresponding hole to the bottom of the body of mcsdaver's Mego-scaled chair, and used it and the black inner seat.
