MPCNC z axis drag chain mount

This is a mount for this the MPCNC z axis stepper that does not mount to the top of the Z axis assembly. Mounting the drag chain to the top of the z axis rails puts a lot of leverage on the z axis. This mounts directly to the XY part which is a lot more forgiving. It requires drilling 2 holes in the XY part and through-bolting.
