Raiscube LCD12864 upgrades

Some useful additions to the Raiscube LCD12864 control unit. This comes originally with some big holes and a knob which was visibly just "thrown on", exposing the whole under-structure of the encoder. Reset switch is easy to damage behind its hole as it has a long shaft. Buzzer in the middle of the third hole without a proper cover is awful as well.

So I decided to improve a little :) Some details:

- knob is 20mm dia at bottom, 12mm at the fingergrip. 17mm total height, its a tight fit on
