ETC Lighthack additions

These are just a few little mods for the ETC #lighthack project. If you don't cut a hole in your box top the LCD is pretty ugly. Display Cover is just a little screw on piece to block some of the ambient light and look a little nicer. On the encoder knobs that shipped with the kit the finger cutout was a little small, so I came up with the knobs included to make the encoders a little easier to manipulate.
