Monoprice Select Mini V2 Raspberry Pi3 Case Mount Adapter

I really like the Raspberry Pi case from 0110-M-P (https://www.thingiverse.com/0110-M-P) called Raspberry Pi 3 (B/B+), Pi 2 B, and Pi 1 B+ case with VESA mounts and more (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:922740). I designed the mount adapter to attach the case to the back of the Monoprice Select Mini using the two existing screws and holes on top of the printer.
