Anycubic i3 Mega drag chain holder for side mounted extruder

I modified one of the drag chain holders (the part "Schleppkette A") from the user Michelix so that it can be used with a side mounted-extruder-mod like that one from Sensibelchen_AB https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2780978.

The part "Schleppkette B" is the unchanged original from Michelix. It does not need any modification for a side mounted extruder.
