CR-10 Stand Alone Display for pcb1-sjxd12864f-3

I created this for the pcb1-sjxd12864f-3 board/display in my Creality CR-10. Although all the other parts for the thadude's standalone remix met my needs I was unable to find a display that did. All of them were just a bit off for the IDC socket, the speaker, or both.
