A little bracket to hold a tiny bluetooth speaker on my bike's stem aiming straight up at my face so I can listen to podcasts while riding ??? rather than risk having a headphone in my ear.

Modified in V4.0 to use an elastic band knotted on both ends instead of rubber bands
