Geoff Ramsey Skull Popsicle

This is based off of the Rooster Teeth T-shirt [PopSick](https://store.roosterteeth.com/products/popsick-geoff-ramsey-shirt-28). I made each coloured area one third of the height to assist with filament swaps if you want to print this in multiple colours.
