ease of print modification of Mini Trash Can

This is a ease of print modification of the [Original Mini Trash Can] (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3478317). __If you do not plan in printing the wheels in flexible filament then you will need to use the original print in place wheel part.__

I made the following modifications:
* separated wheel and axle so the wheel can be printed in TPE (or other flex filaments)
* slightly enlarged the diameter of the bar on the body and shrunk the holes to be filament sized
* closed the middle of
