Bosch Classic eBike Gear

The big plastic gear of the first generation Bosch ebike motor of my bike broke (see picture). I got no spare parts, so I decided to design a new one by my own.
The original gear is plastc-moulded around the axle and only one part. My version need a second part to hold the gear on the axle in the right place and 6 12mm long 3,5mm countersunk screws to connect the two parts.
I printed the gear in PETG
- Layer height: 0,2mm
- Scale factor 1,0045 to compensate the shrinking of the PETG
