3D Printed Desk Lamp with COB LEDS and Adjustable Brightness

This is a remix of wepollock's "Large Articulated Desk Lamp LED Cob"

I made the following changes:

* Split the lamp into two pieces, as one piece was too large to print on my printer. There's a lip added to help it hold together, but I suggest adding some superglue as well.

* Added an end cap for the lamp, to keep from looking at the COB fixture end-on.
