The hanger is 45mm from the hook to the lip that stops the headphones from slipping off. The gap is designed to be 13mm, which fit my 12.3mm desk wall near-perfectly after accounting for shrinkage.
This was just a quick and dirty v1, v2 will likely have a small bit to hold the cord, maybe cutouts to save on material.
