Wall Bracket for Fiskars Pruners

I'd love to give a link to the model number on these pruners, but I can't find them anywhere online. There is one number CD0413 which turns up nothing on Google. If you own one of these though, (I bought at Home Depot a couple years ago) here's a wall mount bracket for it.
