hot-end pieces for OpenSCAD

This file contains OpenSCAD modules for the PTFE barrier, 50mm heater barrel, "big head" nozzle, and 32mm barrel-nozzle combination commonly used to build hot-ends for extruders and available from most reprap parts suppliers. I needed them to model an X carriage I'm working on, and thought someone else might find them useful.
