OmniLoop RileyLink Cap (433 mHz antenna)

I updated the 433mhz RileyLink cap. Smoothed the internal antenna area and filled some existing gaps between the old 916mhz cap and the new 433mhz cap.
May need to reduce to 10% size for printing
