Better Spool Holder for Anycubic i3 Mega

This is a remix of a remix.

This is based in the Anycubic I3 Mega Spool Holder (Remix by Carl Beck), uploaded by Elproducts, which was a remix of the spool holder by kurioso: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2647030

Added a second arm to support the other end of the spool spindle with a guide hole to act as a filament guide. Works well with printers with a mod to rotate the extruder 90 degrees so that it is front facing. I'm using this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2799231
