This Thing is a captive nut backing plate for mounting a RAM Track on the A-pillar cover of a Newmar Motorcoach.
It takes two of these...12 screws to mount a 9" RAM Track. This allows you to hold 6 #10-32 Nyloc Nuts captive, while mounting the Ram Track. Preventing the need to get a wrench behind the trim piece...or worry about lost nuts falling behind the dash.
