Adjustable Purge Bucket for CR-10 printers (and similar)

I liked the original design from 3dMakernoob, but it didn't quite fit my printer. I also wasn't a fan of the wire brush it used, plus it was a pain to put on and remove (since my CR-10S is in an enclosure). So, I took that design as inspiration for an adjustable version that should fit any printer with ~70mm spacing between the delrin wheels on the z-axis.
