CR-10S pro Petsfang V2 adapter for E3D Volcano

UPDATE (28/08/19) Added new base and cover v6 part for tighter hold of the hotend and fins on the vent intake to prevent the air form spinning in the cavity and not flowing to the heat dissipator.

UPDATE (17/04/19): Added STEP file and Firmware HEX (tiny machines firmware customized), be careful hotend maxtemp set to 300, cant set it through the screen but you can through gcode or direct commands.I need it to hot tightening the volcano hotend. Build size set to 300 x 300 x 400 mm.
