Wheelbarrow Handle Cover

Until now I've had electrical tape on my Wheelbarrow handles for the last 10 years on this 39 year old tool I bought new to keep the slivers out of my hands. I keep finding new ways to use my printers. The inside diameter is 38.5mm outside is 44.5mm making it 3mm thick all around. Total height is 135mm. Your handles may vary. The hole on the end allows air to escape as you push them on.
