Small spool solder holder

Since I normally use only the small (1/4 lb) spools of solder, the overhang on the original just bothered me. So I moved the spool proper to the center of the base, and widened the holes out a little. I may regret this later, but so far it's working fine.

May update this later to include a different mechanism for fastening it down, like a place at the back to screw it into base for my vise.
