Customizable Prusa MK3 Y-axis Bearing Holder

Thanks to inks007 for this well made design.

I did have some issues with the design:
When I installed the y-axis on my new MK3s I noticed that it rubbed against the frame. Picture of it is attached.
After learning how OpenSCAD works, I figured out how to adjust the design accordingly.
Now the remixed version won't rub against the frame anymore.

Everyone should just need to adjust this one parameter:
bearing_od_loosen -> adjust it according to the bearing, printer settings and filament
