As I was taking pictures I wondered, where to put the lens cap of my camera. I thought that there had to be a place for it and so I designed this part. I also designed a 1/4 inch screw to fix it at the camera.

When the lens cap is attached to it, the holder even changes the footprint of the camera and makes it able to stand flat on a surface.
