Stormtrooper Hovi Mic Mesh Shaping Tools

I quickly created this in Sketchup when I realised I needed a small tool for shaping the mesh to go into the ends of the Hovi mic tips on a Stormtrooper helmet.

Anvil part is basically a 16mm dia hole,

Two tools - one at 15.5mm dia and 15mm dia supplied - use the one that works best with your mesh.

Place mesh over the hole in the anvil, align tool and tap gently in with a hammer, use pliers to pull tool back out.

Trim edges of mesh with snips leaving about 2mm, then gently push
