linear bearing for 32mm tube using skate bearing.
m4 bolts to adjust the tension onto the tube.
2x m8 mounting bolts.
mounting plate best mounted vertical, it lets the top 2 bearing run on the tube and the adjuster bearing tension on the bottom of the tube.
