Icom IC-7100 Car Mounting Plate

I needed a bracket to mount my IC-7100 to my [car bracket](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00M8DUVK6). Unfortunately the bracket that came with my car mount didn't line up with the mounting holes on the bottom of the IC-7100 head unit. There are two sets of mounting screws. The first is a 1/4-20 "tripod" like screw, but I wasn't able to find a short enough screw for this mounting spot so I decided to go with the 3 M3 screw holes.
