Here's a Wheel and Tire.

Print any way you want.

I print the Hub w/ 20% infill. I print the "Tire" in flexible PLA, TPA. @ 30% infill. Then I spray the tires w/ Plasti Dip and let it soak up a couple coats. Inside the hub hole, and everything. Let it dry and spray it again. Gives you an excellent rubberized tire.
