Ender 3 Hot End Cable Chain Mount

[FedorSosnin's Hot End Mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3132855) gets knocked off when the printer homes the X axis. I used Meshmixer to move the cable chain mount to the side to prevent it from being knocked off all the time.
It's designed to work with [johnniewhiskey's Cable Chain](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2920060).
