Parametric balloon stick holder (big 36" balloons)

This balloon holder was originally designed to fix large 36-inch balloons on metal tomato spiral stakes with inclinated end (see picture).

The solidPython source makes it easy to adapt for other sizes, stick hole diameter or inclination angles (straight also possible).

There is a small ring left at the base of the holder, to facilitate printing without support. It can be easily cut after print.
