Headlight cap for Aprilia RSV4/Tuono. Created to accommodate the use of LED bulbs. Works for high and low beams.
I printed this in NEAT Advanced PLA. Annealed (180F for 45 minutes in convection oven). Maintained shape and no relevant dimension changes. Testing heat tolerance with 200F water showed no sign of softening.
