WINSINN Upgrade MK8 Extruder Fix

I got this extruder upgrade, but some silly billy thought 'Oh, lets thread the WHOLE coupler hole!' Derp, the filament will flex in the M6 hole, bind on the threads and jam the filament. Tossed a little bit of bowden tube in there but it moves around and tries to get out when retracting.

SO! 2 versions, one bolt w/o bowden tube that will need to be replace regularly, one with a bowden tube that has thin walls (print with thin walls) and may break just getting off the bed. Just thread it in, c
