Ender Dragon - Wings and Tail End Segment

These files are modified versions of the "TailEnd.stl", "Wing_L.stl" and "Wing_R.stl" files created by Intentional3D. The Tail End has been fixed to have no hole. The two wings have each been separated into two files to fit easier onto non-gigantic print beds.
