This is a CNC conversion for my Little Machine Shop mini mill (3990).
I got the bulk of the design from LittleCareBear's design, but I wanted to make some changes.

Parts needed:
M5x0.80 20mm bolt (7)
M4x0.7 20mm bolt (4)
M4x0.7 nut (4)
M6x1.0 60mm low profile bolt (2)
51101 12x26x9 Thrust bearing (1)
F12-21M 12x21x5 Thrust bearing (1)
20T GT2 pulley

I used the lock nut from my mill to hold the 120 tooth pulley.
