Dial Indicator Mount for MP Select Mini v2

This is a dial indicator mount for the MP Select Mini (v1 or v2) which easily snaps directly onto the X axis rail, so there is no need to remove any part of extruder carriage.

###PRINTING NOTES:
* Mounting clips must be printed for high strength using either infill 75%+ or very thick walls, otherwise likely to break.
* Mounting clips MUST be printed in ABS or PETG (or other flexible material) in order to properly snap onto rail without using too much force. Backplate material doesn't matter
