CR-10s Dual Z timing belt sync brackets v3

This is an new version of the Dual Z timing belt Sync Bracket. This is made from scratch and designed specifically to allow the top of the z screw to move freely. This uses skateboard bearings in place of the stock bearings at the top of the lead screw. You may need to clean up the inside of the slot for them since they need to slide easily to allow for play in the top of the z screw.
