p802 Stronger Spool Arm

This is a reimaging of the spool arm to be self-standing on one side. It allows two arms to be attached and grabs the horizontal top pieces so it doesn't interfere with the extruder being fully raised.

This barely, and I stress barely, fits on the platform. So I included a cura and gcode file for the p802 to help out.
