C-Clamp Threaded Mounting Adapter

This is a simple mounting adapter that lets you securely attach a 1/4"-20 UNC threaded device such as a magic arm to a table or desk using a readily available, inexpensive C-clamp.

Simply thread the magic arm into the threaded insert (1/4″-20 UNC tee nut, 5/16″ long) in the mounting adapter and use a C-clamp to secure it to a flat surface.

This enables you to quickly and inexpensively create an adjustable mounting system for mounting cameras, switches, or other assistive technology.
