There are two versions. The 6.5mm and 7mm is refering to the hole size of the SMA opening. Use the 6.5 if you want the SMA to be held it very solid. Use the 7mm if you want it to be easier to remove the SMA from the mount. Ive used both and personally prefer the 7mm.
