Remixed Twirl Knob

I really liked the original Twirly control, but when I used it in tandem with this Ender 5 control panel back-cover(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3353394) the finger rest/extrusion kept hitting the panel.

Hence I moved up the extrusion to avoid this problem
