Anet A8 - Full Graphic LCD Holder with Bowden Extruder Mount for Top Spoolholder

After the motherboard of my Anet A8 died, I decided to upgrade to a Arduino Mega+Ramps 1.4 system. The new boards I bought from Amazon came with a snazzy new LCD panel (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016D6DSBW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1).

I wanted to keep the panel where my old LCD was and keep my Bowden setup next to the LCD as well, as I like my top loading spool holder, so I just added the two parts together.
