Cute Mini Octopus for two color printer

I used https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2256564 to split the stl into the two extruders using the Chrome browser. The last column has a Z height which can be highlighted with Chrome ctrl-f. There are six different heights, 5 arm segments and the head. I selected three heights for each stl and clicked "Download combination" for each combined stl.

I loaded both into Cura and did a merge.

I seacrched for stl/mesh editor to simplify the process with no luck. Anybody know of an editor that can
