Belt Tensioner V2 - Hex and Round

Other users made something similar but I managed to remove one socket hole for the nuts (I mean the hex nut) and made it round also added an integrated spacer for the bearings!

Remember to disable support and turn on 3 shell wall 1.2 mm to enhance resistance also high temp to increase z strength!

*v3 is here in and it's working fine on my Ender 3.
