Preheating Bed And Nozzle Simultaneously CR 10 Mini

This is a .gcode to preheat the bed and nozzle at the same time, instead of first heating the bed and then heating the nozzle as the CR 10 does default.
I have only used it with Creality CR 10 Mini.
The "PLA heating bed and nozzle" heat the bed to 65 and the nozzle to 200 celsius.
The "PETG heating bed and nozzle" heat the bed to 70 and the nozzle to 235 celsius.
You can easily change the temperature if you use Notepad++ for example.
But for those who can´t/won´t, you can just use the
