Duet WiFi Ultimaker 2 Power Connector and Duet WiFI Board mount

This is an attempt to combine my Ultimaker 2 power connector housing (which doesn't require a PCB) and the work done by ddt154 to mount a the Duet WiFi board on the bottom of the Ultimaker 2. The mount designed by ddt154 has been heavily modified using a combination of both blender and sketchup. The intent was to mount the Duet Wifi board closer to the base as shown in the pictures to allow for easier access to connectors.
