Toyota Previa Custom Wiper/Washer Controller Panel

Either the wiper switch or wiper relay died on my 1991 Toyota Previa. I have a working solution using three DPDT relays, some toggle switches and some button, but I want a more elegant solution that allows for wiper delay, etc. so I am building a controller circuit. This is the panel to mount the controller on the dash in the space to the left of the dome-light dimmer control.
