A robust design, with triple-redundancy and near-complete submersion of primary habitation units and the control center. Each habitation/research section has a void in the middle for Water Storage, which, via wind and solar power, would be electrolyzed into Oxygen and Hydrogen - for breathing, and as fuel respectively.
