Further modification of planetary version of airtripper bowden extruder

This has a few modifications versus Piit's version. I added a little more reinforcement for the filament entry tube and the two back screw columns. Mounting fixture adjusted to be compatible with AirTripper's original extruder. Embedded nut added for idler bolt.
