K8200 Z-axis support + handle

I made a few revisions to sam-whocare's design. This one uses much less plastic and is quite strong enough. It's also a little looser on tolerance: If you're printing this, it's probably because your printer isn't as precise as it could be, so there's a little more wriggle-room here. Just add nuts and bolts!

Extra mini-accessory: A little wheel for easily raising and lowering your extruder. Very handy when cleaning it. Fits over the stock nut.
